Joy4Caring Services
Joy4Caring focuses on seniors who wish to maintain their independence by staying in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible.
Instead of moving into a care facility, Joy4Caring provides personalised care for seniors and individuals with special needs right in the comfort of their own homes. Studies have shown that staying at home often leads to higher satisfaction and, in many cases, a longer, happier life for our clients.
Joy4Caring makes staying at home an affordable and personalised option. Unlike in a care facility, where you may share a room and have limited individual attention, our services provide dedicated, one-on-one care tailored to each client. This approach allows you to maintain as much independence as possible, all while enjoying the comfort of your own home.
Our experienced carers provide compassionate assistance with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, and dressing. We support clients with exercise, whether walking or in a wheelchair, and help with general shopping, meal preparation, and medication management to ensure their well-being and comfort.
Joy4Caring have a full range of flexible care options, available from as little as 6 hours a day to full 24-hour support, tailored from 1 to 7 days a week based on each client’s needs.

Basic Care Services
The basic Joy 4 Caring services are the daily activities we all perform every day to take care of ourselves. These include amongst others the activities such as getting in and out of bed, using the bathroom, washing, eating, grooming and mobility. Many seniors struggle to perform these activities independently but they don’t want to move into a senior care facility. Our services can help the individuals.
Personalised Care Services
Joy4Caring provides personalised care services. These are personalised services related to someone’s specific condition. If an elderly person is for instance recovering from a stroke or injury, has been hospitalised or suffers from Parkinson or the Alzheimer’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, or any other disorder, which require personalised care, Joy4Caring provides a Carer with experience in helping people with that specific condition.
Companionship Care
Mental and emotional health is as important for the elderly as it is for anybody else. Possibly even more important because many seniors live in isolation and this can lead to loneliness and depression and other serious problems. Joy4 companionship carers will help to prevent and lessen these feelings of loneliness.
Joy4 Caring focuses on the mental well-being of the clients. They can do this in several ways such as by arranging social functions for them, helping to keep up with correspondence/social media/emailing, planning the favourite television program and outings or just having conversations with them.
24-hour Care Services
The 24-hour care and supervision Joy4Caring provides for the client is for them to be safe and healthy. The carer will live in the home of our client when needed. Joy4Caring takes care of this temporary need, although this is not the most economical solution for our clients.
Respite Care
Temporary care provided to individuals with special needs, disabilities, or chronic illnesses, allowing their regular caregivers – often family members – a break to rest, attend to other responsibilities, or take time for themselves. It is an essential support service in caregiving, promoting the well-being of both caregivers and those receiving care.
Benefits:
- Prevents caregiver burnout
- Offers social and therapeutic engagement for the person in care
- Helps families balance caregiving with personal and professional obligations
If you’re considering respite care, get in touch with us to discuss suitable options tailored to your circumstances.
Skilled Care
Skilled care refers to medical services or treatments that are provided by licensed healthcare professionals with specialized training and expertise. These services are typically more advanced than basic care services and are necessary for individuals with complex medical conditions or chronic illnesses.
Examples of skilled care include:
Intravenous therapy (IV) – Wound care – Physical therapy – Occupational therapy – Speech therapy – Respiratory therapy – Pain management – Medication management – Management of chronic diseases such as diabetes or heart failure – Palliative care – Hospice care
Skilled care is provided by licensed healthcare professionals such as nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. The goal of skilled care is to improve the patient’s overall health and quality of life, as well as to prevent complications and hospitalizations.
Joy4Caring has access to registered nurses and can arrange for in-home visits from registered nurses to provide the skilled care needed in specialised cases.
Housekeeping Services
Some of our clients can take care of themselves all right, but taking care of their homes is another matter. The Jo4Caring services will help here: the elderly home care services focus on taking care of their homes. Joy4 Caregivers can do this by organising food supplies and the fridge/freezer, cleaning the kitchen, doing the laundry/ironing, helping with grocery shopping, cooking and other tasks.
Transportation
Most of the Joy4Caring carers have driving permits, or their own car and will be very happy to take the clients wherever they want for: shopping, post office, the bank or to Hospital or doctors’ appointments.
Exercise
Joy4Caring will help to make sure clients are getting proper exercise. Our carers can help clients gently exercise at home, or go for walks in the local area.
Costs
Compared to nursing home rates, Joy4Caring is very cost-effective. Medical, nursing and residential facilities charged on a per-day basis by nursing homes average at more than 500 – 600 Euro per day.
Joy4Caring offer competetive flexible rates, generally charged on a per-hour basis. Part-time rates are also available for those looking for part-time in-home care.
